Cérvoles Celler is a personal challenge of Tomàs Cusiné, conceived as a tribute to our
land as it is located at an altitude of between 700 and 750 metres above sea level.
Being the pioneer cellar in the D.O. Costers del Segre and the first mountain viticultural
project set up in Catalonia, this cellar only produces wines greatly characterised by the
presence of its terroir. By doing this, Cérvoles Celler achieves its prestigious wines,
deep and mineral, highly concentrated and persistent.
With many years of winemaking experience, this cellar works the vineyard ecologically:
its own estates and vineyards are exhaustively selected and its wine is aged in French
oak barrels. Mainly, its production is based on fostering natural processes and
biological interaction in order to optimise and preserve the land’s agricultural
resources.
Currently, its 80.000 bottles are traded and commercialised internationally, in
restaurants and specialized stores, given that 60% of its production is exported about
more than twenty countries. All its wines are appreciated by many experts in the field
and consumers are eager to discover them: Colors Blanc, Colors, Cérvoles Blanc,
Cérvoles, Cérvoles Estrats.
(Due to its exceptional vocation towards the elaboration of wine, Cérvoles Celler takes
part in the exclusive group Grandes Pagos de España. Moreover, it has also received
the award of being the best wine of Enófilos Interuniversitario de la Universitat de
València.)
Cérvoles is member of Grandes Pagos de España (Grand Cru of Spain) since 2002.
