The Brasa d’Or restaurant is a project born in August 2002 in Lleida when Oscar Ruiz, then owner of the well-known Iris bar in the Pardiñas neighborhood, decides to give a boost to his gastronomic career with the opening of a larger restaurant. The Brasa d’Or arises, and is located near the Mangraners neighborhood of Lleida, right at the entrance of the city from Tarragona, in a peripheral area of Lleida but with great economic activity, since it is at the confluence of the polygons Frares, Mecanova and Segre, the most important in the city. Everything and its location near the industrial areas, the Brasa d’Or wants to escape from the typical polygon restaurant label. The idea is to make quality cuisine available to those who will eat daily, but also wants to satisfy the most demanding palates by offering a level menu full of excellent products. Almost a decade after its opening, the restaurant has established itself as one of the references of the city, not only in the daily menu and thanks to dishes as recognized as Thursday’s paella, but also in its fork and knife lunches , in your business à la carte meals, in family celebrations, and in group and business meetings. The supply of products has gradually evolved, adapting it to the needs and tastes of customers but always keeping in mind a high level of quality and the products of the land, which make up the bulk of the offer.
